‘Camelyn LTD’ began operations in 2004. It is a private Georgian scientific and pharmaceutical company, founded by Ketevan Maglakelidze, Mzia Maglakelidze and Eliso Khadagishvili. The company is involved in the identification and development of medicinal products with immunomodulatory, anticancer, antimicrobial and antiviral activities. Additionally, it identifies and develops biologically active compounds for use in the food and cosmetic industries.

Promotion of ‘Camelyn’ in the USA

The US branch was established in January 2007. ‘Camelyn US, Inc’ handles product promotion and representation of the company in South and North America and other countries. ‘Camelyn US, Inc’ manages an extensive network of promotional agents in various countries.

Research and Development

The company identifies and develops biologically active natural compounds for use in the medical, food and cosmetic industries. Overview of Clinical Studies

The therapeutic properties of Camelyn have been studied since 1946. Preclinical, clinical and double-blind studies with Camelyn products (Camelyn M1, Camelyn M2, Camelyn M3, Camelyn M4) have been conducted at several Clinical Centres in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkiv and Tbilisi with very promising results.

Composition and properties of Camelyn

Composition

Camelyn contains biologically highly active substances such as phenols, benzoates, aldehydes, ketones, coumarins, furanocoumarins, ethers, aromatic acids and aliphatic acids. It is an original therapeutic and prophylactic agent, prepared from a special type of honey.

Properties

Camelyn is a stimulant with immunomodulatory activity. It enhances humoral and cellular immunity. It is a 100% natural, ecologically pure product, highly effective, non-toxic and hypoallergenic.

Effects of Camelyn

The introduction of Camelyn into the body causes:

Solution, powder and ointment

Camelyn is used in both children and adults as a component of complex therapy, as well as on its own in cases of immune stimulation and modification of the immune response, such as:

  • Post-operative period
  • Injuries

Camelyn M-1‘/’Camelyn R’ ampoules

Injections are made twice daily intramuscularly with 2-2 ml in the morning and evening. Camelyn should be injected deeply into the gluteal muscle, slowly, with intervals between doses. The treatment course lasts 20 days, with an interval of 8 days between courses. Oral: 1 ampoule 3 times daily for 20 days, interval between courses – 8 days. The duration of treatment is 2-5 courses (2-5 months). Extended maintenance courses are possible.

‘Camelyn M-2’/‘Camelyn R’ capsules.

The capsules should be taken 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals, with a drink of water. The treatment course lasts 20 days, with a break between courses of 8 days. The duration of treatment is 2-5 courses (2-5 months). Extended maintenance courses are possible.

‘Camelyn M-3’ ointment

Apply a thin layer of ointment to the affected section. A gauze dressing may be applied. Apply the ointment daily 2-3 times. The duration of treatment depends on the deposition of deposits.

Suppositories and Globules ‘Camelyn M4’/‘Camelyn R’.

Suppository rectally twice daily after defecation and hygiene of the perianal area for 7-10 days. May be repeated if necessary. Vaginal globule applied at night for 7-10 days, may be repeated if necessary.

Camelyn FLU’ spray

Apply 3-6 times a day. Hold the bottle upright and spray into the nasal orifices by pressing the pump four times. The spray is intended for use by adults, it significantly improves the comfort of life for people struggling with ENT and allergy complaints and the common cold. It has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal effects.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, fresh and inaccessible place for children.

  • Camelyn M1 – 2 years from date of manufacture.
  • Camelyn M2 – 3 years from the date of manufacture
  • Camelyn M3 – 2 years from the date of manufacture
