3. Research results — what was observed?
3.1. Camelyn slowed the growth of existing tumors
In the M-1 model, the following effects were observed:
delayed tumor growth,
inhibition of proliferation,
regression after about 1.5 months,
longer animal survival,
lower effectiveness of repeated tumor implantation.
As a result, the conclusions are clear: the animals’ bodies responded more strongly to tumor cells. Today, this may be explained by immunomodulation.
3.2. C-45 sarcoma responded particularly positively to Camelyn
After Camelyn was injected directly into the tumor:
the tumor mass softened,
it gradually decreased,
eventually it disappeared.
From a popular science perspective, this may be interpreted as:
a change in the tumor microenvironment,
inhibition of cell division,
strengthening of the immune response.

3.3. Camelyn extended animal survival by more than three times
In the aggressive EAT model:
the control group lived an average of 27 days,
mice with Camelyn-treated cells lived 63 days,
also mice given Camelyn one month earlier lived 41 days,
mice receiving Camelyn before and after inoculation lived 103 days.
The result was more than a threefold extension of survival.
Such improvement is characteristic of substances that may:

In the experiment with DMBA, the following was observed:
– control group, tumors developed in 80% of animals,
